o ya, another thing i realized is that to do the job well, one needs to be hopelessly narcissistic, especially with regards to hearing one's voice through the system. i used to be terrified of hearing my voice through a sound system for i felt, and still feel, that my voice sounds disgustingly kiddish through it. i believe i'm overcoming it, but then again, will it matter?
